The Europahafenkopf connects the Überseequartier with Bremen's city center like a hinge. Where the cranes are currently still turning and the buildings are growing bit by bit, a unique urban quarter is being created. The previously unused infrastructure of the port, new buildings and public open spaces flow into one another quite naturally. And with its special Scandinavian architecture, the Europahafenkopf sets a sign that is also reflected in the city's silhouette.

Four striking buildings invite you to live and work. Restaurants, cafés and shops will be located on the spacious ground floors. There is plenty of space around the buildings for strolling, walking, playing and enjoying yourself. For moments when you just want to let things go.
